Free plans have limited features. Paid plans start at $9/user/month. Payments via Stripe/PayPal. Recurring until canceled. Late payments may suspend access.

4 User Content and Data

You own your data. We get a limited license to host and process it. You must comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other laws.

5 Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and trademarks are owned by ProTalk. No use without written permission.

6 Termination

We may suspend or terminate for violations. Data retained for 30 days post-termination.

7 Disclaimers and Limitations

Service is "as is." No warranties. Liability capped at last 12 months’ fees.

8 Governing Law
